Hydro Rule Update

Fellow racers

Upon reflection it has been decided that the following Hydro rule is obsolete and therefore it has been removed from the rule book.

9.3 - Rule 7

In the event that no boat completes the required number of laps within the time allowed the race is discounted. A repetition of the race is not permitted.
