iMBRA Rule Update- 26.01.2015

We are continually taking in your comments about making amendments to our racing rules and as such we have made some amendments to the Endurance rules. Please see the following:

Rule 8.5 (Point 4) Reference to pontoon added.

Rule 8.5 (Point 5) Clarification on throttling near the rescue and pontoon.

Rule 8.5 (Point 7) New rule added regarding throttle.

Rule 8.7 (Point 1) Addition to existing rule.

Rule 8.7 (Point 4) Clarification on throttling near the rescue and pontoon.

Rule 8.7 (Point 10) New rule regarding ability to steer.

Regarding the Offshore rules we have removed re-circling of buoys, left the number of competitors at 10 and included B finals (minimum of 24 competitors in a class and time allowing).

This process will be ongoing until we reach a point where we are happy. In the meantime we will provide you with updates when amendments have been made. For a copy of the rules please download them from the RESOURCES page.
